And Liv Tyler made sure all eyes were on her large sparkler as she stepped out for a leisurely stroll in New York City on Tuesday afternoon.

Preened to perfection, the 38-year-old - who recently returned from London - looked content and relaxed during her relatively low-key outing.

With her brunette tresses left loose in tousled waves, the Hollywood actress dressed her lean and slender frame in a chic winter coat.

Her sighting comes a few days after the starlet posted a sweet photo with her beau showing off her large engagement ring.

'Crazy about my man!!!!!' the actress captioned the smiling Instagram photo of her and her British sports agent beau, adding four heart emojis.

'Sweet sweet daddy, friend, fiance,' she wrote on Sunday. 'Thank you!!!! Grateful.'

Liv and Davie were rumored to have become engaged in February, the same month they welcomed son Sailor Gene.

And the actress confirmed her happy news during an appearance on The Jonathan Ross show, which aired in the UK on Saturday.

In the Instagram photo, the couple are all smiles as they lean in close, with Liv resting a hand over David's shoulder to give glimpse of her gorgeous engagement ring.

The photo appeared to have been taken shortly before the couple attended a taping of The X-Factor in London, where Liv was seen wearing the same black, fuzzy coat. The pair wore matching black outfits, and looked very much in love as they shared big smiles.

The Lord Of The Rings actress and the British sports manager have been together since 2012.

Liv is also mother of ten-year-old son Milo, from her marriage to Spacehog rocker Royston Langdon, which ended in 2008.

David also has an eight year old son Gray, from a previous relationship. 

The sports agent -manager is best friends with David Beckham, and recently accompanied the soccer star on an around-the-world trip for UNICEF.

The actress, whose father is Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler, also shared some sweet photos of their three sons on Instagram.

In one image, their older son, who sports a blue cast on his arm, plays with little Sailor on a fuzzy white rug.

'Brothers,' Liv captioned the cute photo, adding a smiling emoji.
