Art by Jordan Eismont, featuring pieces by mother Jeani and father Rosti, and Cecilia Lee. Coming soon, work by brother Ezra.

Jordan Eismont is an illustrator and painter currently based in Brooklyn, NY. He comes from a family of artists—his father, ceramic potter and designer, was editor for several decades of renowned ceramics community magazine Studio Potter; his mother, designer and watercolorist, colored Marvel comic strips for Stan Lee during the 60s; his brother lives in San Francisco, a dj and visual artist whose work resides in hundreds of private collections across the globe.

Since 1998, Jordan has exhibited his paintings in various venues in Amsterdam and Utrecht, the Netherlands, to name a few. He studied painting and fashion design at the Hogeschool Voor de Kunst in the Netherlands, and continued his fashion studies at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles, California. Jordan pulls inspiration for his stream-of-consciousness-like ink drawings from the mergence of his passion for fashion, art, and the human form with his decades long personal exploration of the body in motion as snow- and skateboarder. He has been able to express his creativity both through harmonious composites of vibrant colors on canvas, as well as strictly black and white stylized figure illustrations that seem to come alive with movement on the paper.
