It's all about the boots! Ciara is runway ready as she steps out in knee-high, gladiator-style suede lace-ups

She was dressed in suede from top to toe.

But easily the most eye-catching part of Ciara's ensemble were her knee-high, gladiator-style boots.

The singer-actress was spotted striding out of the Hearst building in New York on Monday wearing the stiletto footwear that was laced up the front and back and featured peep toes and a cut out for the heel.

The 29-year-old looked runway-ready as she teamed her striking boots with a knee-length, tan suede coat, matching culottes and a black roll-neck sweater.

Ciara, whose full name is Ciara Princess Harris, pulled her long brunette tresses back leaving a few tresses to blow gently in the breeze. And she smiled brightly as she got into the back of a waiting car.

On Saturday the multi-talented singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, actress and fashion model was among the performers at the Black Girls Rock event in Newark, New Jersey.

She walked the carpet in a slinky black number and changed into a stunning white gown that combined both trousers and a diaphanous, long, flowing skirt for her act.

The series will be hosted by Marlon Wayans and, aside from Ciara, the other five competition regulars are Dancing With the Stars alum Cheryl Burke; singers Joe Jonas and Nicole Scherzinger; comedian Jeff Dye and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles actor Alan Ritchson.

Each week, the regulars will work in pairs to put on an act with the help of guest stars from other fields, such as magicians, acrobats and stunt performers.

At the end of the six-episode series, one of the regulars will be crowned the ultimate entertainer. NBC is set to bow I Can Do That in summer.
