Avoid at all costs if you value accessing the internet.
Sharing my experience in the hope that other potential Community Fibre customers can avoid the frankly laughable experience that I've had to suffer.
I switched to Community Fibre in March, from perfectly serviceable Plusnet connection. Since then, I've experienced continual connectivity issues and at times, a total lack of internet access. 8 phones calls, 2 technician visits and 2 routers later, the issues remain.
The cherry on the cake was an escalated call this evening from the CF support team (which I had to chase, as they failed to call me back as promised...) where they informed me that my expectation of a working internet connection on the 1st floor of my house was not something that the standard CF service would cover, and that I would need to upgrade to a premium package. I'm not expecting the full 1GB up and down in all rooms, but I'm talking about no connectivity whatsoever, completely unusable.
A premium package to be able to use the internet upstairs?! You hardly seen that in the marketing material...
So I'm left looking at hours of wasted time on calls, an internet connection that barely works on the ground floor and is non-existent on the first floor, and my options are to pay more money or cancel and go back to a provider who can offer such luxuries.
I trust you'll agree that provision of a working connection, within the realms of an average terraced house, should fall within the remit of the standard Community Fibre service. Unfortunately, everyone I've dealt with so far at Community Fibre doesn't agree, so I'd advise you look elsewhere if you value a decent connection.

Prompt and tidy installation
Ivan did a neat job of installing the cancelling up an awkward route to the first floor. A quick run through on how to get connected and it was all done in around an hour.

Great customer service by Angel
Great customer service from Angel. So pleased I had waited 25 minutes to get through only to be disconnected. But Angel called me back and explained that the system had rebooted and ended the call. Anyway she was able to assist with sending out an additional booster to improve my wifi coverage at the back of the house. Thank you so much Angel. You live up to your name!!

Happy Customer!
Joining Community fibre has been one of the BEST decisions! Switching over has been without hitched until recently where I had an issue regarding my bill and broadband package. I called up customer service and spoke to the lovely Linho who was friendly, polite and super helpful.
After I explained to him my issues, he put all my concerns at ease and explained my broadband had expired causing the billing discrepancy. He sorted me a new broadband package ( which is cheaper than my old one) and my billing query all in the same call!
No long waiting times to speak to someone, no transferring me to a dozen colleges and I didn’t spend half the day on the phone! Thanks community fibre and Linho for great customer
