Great experience setting up my new…

Great experience setting up my new broadband - engineer during the first appointment said they’d have to drill through my neighbours flat, so the job got rescheduled for later, but for the second appointment - with Jake and Kyle (W0183) - they managed to get the cables up to my flat without disrupting anyone else. They communicated clearly on when I can expect them to arrive, were very professional and super polite during installation and left everything nice and tidy. Thank you so much!
