NTSA Summit

All 3rd party CE requests (NASBA, ERPA, AIF, CFP) must be submitted only by registered conference attendees via the CE verification form completed at the conclusion of a conference session.

The following 3rd party CE will be reported on behalf of attendees: CFP, AIF, ERPA.

The following 3rd party CE will NOT be reported on behalf of attendees: HRCI, SHRM, JBEA, NASBA, and CIMA. However, attendees will be provided with a certificate of completion and/or activity codes to self-report as indicated via the successful completion of the 3rd party CE verification form.

The following 3rd party CE may vary for being reported on behalf of attendees: CLE and State Insurance. Depending on the reporting requirements outlined by the governing body, applicable attendees will be sent information if needed to self-report.

Please reference the Conference Session CE Eligibility outlining all conference sessions' CE eligibility and status. Note, this is a dynamic table and is often updated. 

After the first 50 minutes, CE hours may be accrued in 5-minute increments where 5 minutes is equal to one tenth (0.1) CE credits. For example, 75 minutes = 1.5 credit hours and 100 minutes = 2 credit hours. However, some 3rd party providers require their CE to be calculated in whole numbers rounding down.

Please note, the total amount of CE credits offered for each conference is determined by total event programming—attendees cannot attend concurrent sessions. However, attendees can attend additional educational opportunities when offered to earn CE. Please refer to the agenda page for more details on all session information.   

At the end of each conference session, a 4-digit code will be shared for attendees to record CE verification. For many conferences, an app will be offered for attendees to use for CE submissions. If unavailable or you encounter any problems, please email Customer Care. 

Typically, the following CE (ASPPA, PSCA, NTSA, and NAPA) will be uploaded to attendees' transcripts 4-6 weeks post conference. For 3rd party CE that is reported on behalf of attendees, CE will also typically be uploaded 4- 6 weeks post conference.  

To be credited for CE, be sure to use the email address and member ID associated with your membership. This will ensure a timelier CE upload post event.  

Go to your account and login, then follow these steps: 

1. Navigate to the Education tab and select CE Tracking on the left side. 
2. Under the My Account tab, click on CE Reports. 
3. Select the appropriate date range. 
4. Click Run to generate the report for the current CE cycle.

Requests for refunds should be submitted to accountsreceivable@usaretirement.org by January 5, 2025. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after this date. Please note that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for updating any contact information. Requests for substitutions should be submitted to accountsreceivable@usaretirement.org by January 5, 2025. No substitutions will be accepted after this date.

Attendees who register in advance may pick up their badge and onsite materials at the Registration Desk during conference hours. If you do not check in at the Registration Desk to pick up your badge, you will be deemed a no-show and continuing education credit will not be issued. Attendees are not permitted to pick up other attendees’ badges/materials.

By participating in this conference and any associated events, you acknowledge and understand the highly contagious nature of Coronavirus/COVID-19, and that current medical knowledge of the virus, including its transmissibility and risk remains uncertain, particularly in light of evolving variants of the virus. There is not a cure for the virus, and those with certain medical conditions may be at high risk for contracting the virus and/or experiencing significant and life-threatening complications.

You understand and acknowledge that neither the American Retirement Association (ARA) nor the event venues are able to provide a guarantee against transmission of the virus, infection and/or illness and that they are not responsible for any potential exposure to COVID-19 and injuries related thereto or other infectious disease which you may experience in connection with the conference.  As such, you assume all risks related to COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of ARA and you release and hold harmless the ARA, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, legal successors, and all persons acting pursuant to its authority from any and all liability for damages for exposure to and/or infection with COVID-19 in connection with or on account of your participation in the conference.

If you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event or have COVID-19 related symptoms, including if the conditions emerge while you are at the event, you will not attend the conference. If you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, you should follow the current CDC guidance. In addition, ARA may immediately remove or prohibit you from in-person activities at the conference if you exhibit symptoms associated with COVID-19, or if you fail to comply with any safety procedures stipulated by ARA or the event venue.  

If the event is canceled, NTSA will refund your registration fee. NTSA is not responsible for individual airfare, hotel or any other travel expenses that may be incurred.

Your registration and attendance at, or participation in, the event and other affiliated activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to grant NTSA permission to use photos taken of you at the event for news, promotion and similar purposes.

Solicitation of business by anyone other than NTSA exhibitors and sponsors is strictly prohibited. Please report any violations to the registration desk.

By making a reservation in the conference hotel room block, you agree that the hotel can share with NTSA basic information about your stay, including your name, arrival, and departure dates.
