Phil joined CSL in 2004 and became CEO in 2010. During his tenure, he was instrumental in transforming the company from a product-focused business into a customer-centric service provider. He also led CSL’s entry into the Telehealth sector, helping establish our presence in this vital industry. In 2017, he moved into a Non-Executive Director role, continuing to support CSL’s growth and direction.
Originally from Canada, Phil began his career after earning a business degree before relocating to the UK.
Those who knew Phil will remember him as energetic, fun-loving, and full of charisma. A larger-than-life character with a mischievous sense of humour, he was universally well-liked and brought warmth to every room.
Phil’s contributions to CSL and the wider industry will be remembered with great respect. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of working with him.
