Opportunity Types

Co-Op

Midmark’s co-op program is designed to provide real-world experiences, teach Midmark’s core values and offer students value-added, paid work in a professional environment. Students will benefit from professional development events, networking opportunities and one-on-one mentorship. The goal of Midmark’s co-op program is to act as a pipeline to recruit talent after graduation and provide a platform for teammate development.

In order to apply, you must be enrolled in a four-year accredited degree program, working toward a bachelor’s degree in a field related to that role and in good academic standing.

Technical Scholarship

The Technical Scholarship Program offers multiple scholarships totaling over $35,000 and paid co-op experiences. Counties eligible to apply include Darke, Miami, Mercer, Shelby and Auglaize in Ohio. Check with your guidance counselor for the latest scholarship details or email Co-opProgram@midmark.com.

Job Shadow

Job shadowing is a process that allows employment candidates to learn more about the field or job they are interested in. At Midmark, it involves meeting a teammate in-person and following them throughout their workday to learn more about their common tasks, schedule and work environment.

Freshmen in high school and above are eligible to apply for job shadows.

Summer Help

Teammates will work during the summer months in multiple areas of the business and develop new skills, gain work experience and build their resumes.
