Luke has been with Allianz Commercial for over 13 years. He was part of our bancassurance team before joining Bristol branch’s financial lines team in 2013.  He has over 20 year’s insurance experience and specialises in both professional indemnity and directors and officers insurance.  Luke is currently the senior financial lines underwriter for Allianz Commercial’s Midlands and Southwest Financial Lines Hub.

Louisa Robbins |
Partner

Louisa is Head of the National Professional Business Line and specialises in the defence of claims against property and construction professionals, and contractors. She has established and runs a successful claims handling unit, attracting pre-action and litigated claims suited to a lower or fixed cost model. Louisa is recognised as a Leading Individual in the most recent Legal 500 publication and a Band 1 lawyer in Chambers & Partners UK 2024.

Martin Paxton |
Partner

Martin Paxton is a Partner in Clyde & Co's Manchester office. He has over 20 years’ experience in defending claims against architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and design and construct contractors. He's a regular user of mediation and has significant experience of assisting clients through the adjudication process. He also advises regularly with all aspects of coverage, including in a building safety context. Martin is noted as a Leading Individual in the most recent Legal 500 publication and is as Band 2 lawyer in Chambers & Partners UK 2024.
