Last week, a few of our Wellbeing Leaders Community came together for a special end-of-year celebration dinner. It was an evening filled with laughter, connection, and a reminder of the power of play, community, and belonging. So often, we meet in professional settings, tackling the big challenges of workplace wellbeing. But stepping into a different space—sharing stories over dinner, seeing each other beyond the confines of the roles we hold—reminded me why this community matters so much. ❤️The real magic happens when we create spaces where people can truly belong. It’s in these moments of shared humanity that ideas spark, relationships deepen, and our collective purpose strengthens. As we move into the new year, I’m more inspired than ever to keep building this community alongside all of you. Together, we’re reimagining what it means to lead with wellbeing—not just at work, but in life. If you’re curious about what’s next, here’s what to do: ✅ Sign up for our newsletter for exclusive insights and updates: https://lnkd.in/d-PpP7nw ✅ Join the waiting list for our next Wellbeing Leaders Mastermind session: https://lnkd.in/dTM5CJPN Let’s make 2025 a year of even deeper connection, impact, and play. 🙌 To those who joined us for dinner—thank you for showing up as your full selves. Change… it’s the only thing we can count on. Last week, I had a conversation with a client whose company is navigating transformational change. As expected, there’s a growing sense of burnout, anxiety, and uncertainty among her employees. She recognized the need for real support—not a one-size-fits-all approach, but something personal that meets each employee where they are. We discussed how essential it is for employees to work from a place of empathy and compassion. That’s when we began exploring ways I could help integrate mental well-being into the company’s culture, building a strategy with multiple touchpoints, ensuring it wasn’t just a temporary fix or a 'band-aid' solution. By working closely with my HR partners, I’m able to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s culture, values, and specific needs. From there, I designed a comprehensive mental well-being strategy that aligns with their benefits, wellness programs, and existing resources. This includes workshops, trainings, and tools to support employees no matter where they are in their well-being journey. We're excited to roll out this initiative in January 2025, and I’m confident it will bring lasting change and meaningful impact. What challenges are you navigating at your company? How can I help? ===== 👋🏻 I'm Amy & I design and implement well-being strategies that aligns with your company culture & cares for the whole employee #CorporateWellbeing #HRStrategies #MentalHealthMatters #ChangeManagement #NavigateChange #AnxietyAwareness #WellbeingStrategies #WorkplaceWellness #HRLeadership #HRSupport

🤫 Here’s a little secret about the Wellbeing Leaders Community 🤐 There are no secrets 😂 That’s right. What’s made this community so successful isn’t competition or exclusivity… It’s the open and generous sharing of trade secrets, stories, and strategies. It’s a space where internals (HR execs, leaders, and employees championing wellbeing) AND where externals (service providers and wellbeing experts) come together to learn from and with each other. Why does this work so well? 💡 We put people first, work second. Every conversation is human-centered, not just problem-focused. 🤝 We’ve created a safe space for genuine dialogue, where you can show up authentically. 🌟 Our mission is rooted in something real: a shared belief that workplace wellbeing isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s essential for thriving organizations. The result? 👉 Opportunities to connect learn and gain valuable insights. 👉 Everyone walks away feeling a little more inspired, equipped, and connected. Sound good? —this community is for you. Here’s how to join us: ✅ Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop: https://lnkd.in/d-PpP7nw ✅ Join the waiting list for our next Wellbeing Leaders Mastermind session in Jan: https://lnkd.in/dTM5CJPN Together, we’re redefining what it means to lead wellbeing. And we’d love for you to be part of the journey. ❤️

My short manifesto: "To thrive in the modern workplace, we must see wellbeing as an active, dynamic competency that drives engagement, performance, and growth." My mission is simple and logical, yet elusive in a world that favors silos and sometimes refuses to integrate fundamental concepts and value drivers. Leveraging the combined sum of parts is much better, stronger, and more valuable than keeping things siloed. "The most important thing here is not the department, leader, or team of wellbeing professionals, but instead how they translate the value of wellbeing into a driving force, a multiplier, and an asset for high performance, while also maintaining the competencies, skills, and strengths that give wellbeing its actual superpowers! Define wellbeing as a driver of "value" for the individual, the team, the manager, senior leaders, and the organization. The Dynamic "Nature and Value" in Action vs The State of "Wellbeing@Work"

Share with your team what the focus is for 2025. What are you trying to achieve in 2025, how can each individual team member contribute and be involved in that. Remember the little things make a big difference in showing appreciation and fostering a sense of community. Whether it’s through an act of kindness, a moment of recognition, or offering support for wellbeing, these efforts go a long way in making your team feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Investing in your team’s wellbeing isn’t just a gesture in December —it’s a year-round commitment that builds stronger relationships, higher morale, and a healthier workplace culture. Next week, I’m gearing up for my first-ever SHRM conference, and let me tell you—I’m excited, a little nervous, and totally ready to bring the energy 😅! I’ll be talking about something I’ve found myself becoming super passionate about this year: Rethinking Wellness: Building Truly Inclusive Workplace Health Programs. We’re gonna flip the script on traditional wellness programs and start focusing on inclusivity and real support for all kinds of health journeys. I’ll be diving into how toxic fitness messaging has messed with our health goals and sharing some strategies from my own experience to help counteract that. Together, we’ll smash stereotypes and rebuild wellness programs that celebrate diversity and lift up every employee. Imagine a work environment where wellness isn’t just a checklist, but something that genuinely boosts morale and productivity for everybody—no matter your body type or ability. 💪🏽✨ Who else is heading to SHRM next week? Any other first-timers out there? What are you most pumped for?
