SPAR Croatia opens new supermarket in Dugo Selo
SPAR Croatia has opened a new 1,200m2 supermarket in the newly built Retail Park in Dugo Selo, 20km east of Zagreb. The store employs 22 team members and features a well-stocked meat and fish department, along with a rich assortment of local products from small, domestic family farms and entrepreneurs.
Store highlights
The meat and fish departments offer fresh and quality meat, seafood delicacies, sea and freshwater fish as well as shellfish. In addition to a wide range of food products, there is also a diverse range of non-food products.
The SPAR Own Brand assortment stands out, including specialised product lines like SPAR Free From (gluten or lactose-free), SPAR Vital (for a balanced diet), and SPAR Veggie (for vegetarians, vegans, and flexitarians).
Supporting the local community
On the occasion of the store opening in Dugo Selo, SPAR Croatia donated €2,000 to the local voluntary fire brigade for extinguishers and firefighting equipment, demonstrating the company’s strong community support.
