THE POWER OF TWO
The Co-Sponsor Program provides extra support to new eXp agents/advisors beyond
standard sponsorship. Co-Sponsors agree to take on additional responsibilities and
in return, are eligible to receive level one revenue share earnings PLUS a Fast Start
bonus (50% of revenue share in the first year) from their Sponsee’s transactions, in
addition to levels 2-7 from the Sponsee’s downline, when applicable. The Primary
Sponsor (the Sponsor chosen during onboarding that most influenced the new
agent/advisor to join eXp) will continue to benefit from level 2-7 revenue share
earnings, FLQA qualifications, and stock grants.

What is the Co-Sponsor Program?
The Co-Sponsor Program allows an agent/advisor to have both a Primary Sponsor and a Co-Sponsor. This
means agents/advisors can benefit from the support and guidance of two experienced leaders while still
maintaining the structure of eXp’s revenue share model.
How does Co-Sponsorship benefit agents/advisors?
Agents/advisors can receive support from two different leaders, gaining expertise in multiple areas (e.g., social
media marketing, team building, or production strategies). This setup helps agents/advisors build stronger
businesses while maintaining their chosen support network.
What is the difference between a Primary Sponsor
and a Co-Sponsor?
- Primary Sponsor: The Primary Sponsor chosen during onboarding that most influenced the new agent/advisor to join eXp.
- Co-Sponsor: The Co-Sponsor is optional additional support selected after onboarding.
ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
Who can become a Co-Sponsor?
Any eXp agent/advisor who is not in the same revenue share organization (within the same seven levels) as the Primary
Sponsor is eligible to be a Co-Sponsor.
Can an agent/advisor change their Co-Sponsor?
Agents and advisors can make a request to change their Co-Sponsor if they feel they are not receiving adequate
support. However, there will be an approval process to ensure compliance.
Can agents & advisors have multiple Co-Sponsors?
No, an agent or advisor can only have one Co-Sponsor in addition to their Primary Sponsor.
Can a Co-Sponsor be part of my Primary Sponsor’s organization?
No, the Co-Sponsor must be outside the same revenue share levels (direct 7 levels) as the Primary Sponsor to prevent
duplication of benefits.
When does a new agent (Sponsee) need to select and
name a Co-Sponsor?
New agents joining eXp after May 1, 2025 will have the option to select a Co-Sponsor within 5 days of completing their
onboarding. Primary Sponsors will be selected during the onboarding process.
If I was already paired with a Local Sponsor, will this
affect my pairing or revenue share?
Starting May 1st, any agents previously paired with a Local Sponsor will automatically be enrolled in the Co-Sponsor program
with no changes to their existing revenue share structure. Their Local Sponsor will simply become their Co-Sponsor, and they
can continue working together without interruption.
REVENUE SHARE & COMPENSATION
How does revenue share work
with Co-Sponsorship?
- The Primary Sponsor receives level 2-7 revenue share
benefits, FLQA benefits and stock grants. - The Co-Sponsor receives a Fast Start Bonus of 50% revenue
share in the agent's first year. - The Co-Sponsor benefits from revenue from the agent and
their downline, but the revenue share does not flow up
further in their organization.

Does Co-Sponsorship affect my
existing revenue share structure?
When an agent adds a Co-Sponsor, they will move to Level 2 in
their Primary Sponsor’s downline (and shift any agents below
them down one level) but remain as their Primary Sponsor’s FLQA
and continue earning stock grants.
The new Co-Sponsor will receive their Level 1 revenue share from
their new Co-Sponsee (and their downline) as well as a Fast Start
Bonus, but the revenue share does not flow up past the Co-
Sponsor into their upline.

IMPLEMENTATION & TRANSITION
When does the program officially launch?
The Co-Sponsorship Program is scheduled to launch on May 1, 2025. Agents & advisors who joined between February 24, 2025
and May 1, 2025 will be eligible to retroactively add a Co-Sponsor. Revenue share benefits of the Co-Sponsorship Program will
not be effective until May 1, 2025. Sponsee transactions closed between February 24, 2025 and May 1, 2025 will be paid under
the current Revenue Share program only to the Primary Sponsor.
What happens if my Primary Sponsor leaves eXp Realty? What
happens if my Co-Sponsor leaves eXp Realty?
If your Primary Sponsor leaves, there will be no change to your Co-Sponsor. The Primary Sponsor level remains open in your
revenue share organization. If your Co-Sponsor leaves eXp Realty you can make a request to choose a new Co-Sponsor through
our compliance process.
Will Co-Sponsorship be available for eXp Commercial advisors or
eXp Referral agents?
Yes, the program applies to residential agents, commercial advisors and referral agents. The program structure remains the
same across both eXp Realty and eXp Commercial.
COMPLIANCE & RULES
Are there restrictions on who can be a Co-Sponsor?
Yes, there are rules in place to prevent aggressive solicitation and poaching. Violations of these rules may result in penalties or
removal from the program.
Can I change my Primary Sponsor through this program?
No, the Co-Sponsorship Program does not allow agents or advisors to change their Primary Sponsor. It only introduces an
additional layer of support and community.
Is the Co-Sponsor program replacing the Mentor Program?
No, these are two distinct programs. The eXp Realty Mentor Program is designed to support newly licensed agents or those with
limited recent transaction experience by pairing them with seasoned, certified mentors. This initiative aims to provide hands-on
guidance, helping new agents navigate their initial transactions and build a solid foundation for a successful real estate career.
To successfully complete the Mentor Program, mentees must complete three transactions and required educational content
under mentor supervision (note: some states may require more) along with other requirements.
Is my eXp Certified Mentor also my Co-Sponsor?
These are two distinct roles; however, they can be the same person if the Sponsee chooses to designate their
Mentor as their Co-Sponsor.
MARKETING & TRAINING
How will agents & advisors learn more about the Program?
eXp will provide:
- A FAQ document

- A marketing toolkit with videos, scripts, and social media content
Focus on the benefits:
- More support and collaboration
- Greater flexibility in choosing a community and leaders to support your business growth
