CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will only be honored if a cancellation request is received in writing by July 7, 2025. Registration fees paid will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee.* Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and include the registrant’s name, email address, and amount paid. Cancellations after July 7, 2025, are not eligible for a refund.
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to someone else (e.g. a colleague). Substitutions will be accepted until July 24, 2025, with a $50 processing fee. The original registrant must submit a request in writing, including original registrant’s name, email address, and amount paid, as well as the replacement registrant’s name and email address.
