I'm seeing this trend with our clients. Recently, we used the ESOP to provide liquidity for the founder parents and grant stock to employees as part of their incentive comp. The son, an entrepreneur with a clear vision, continues as the CEO and has goals to grow the company to $200mm over the next 10 years. He has surrounded himself with the team to make it happen.
