Program Support Services Team Lead, USAID/Afghanistan Monitoring, Evaluation, Collaboration, and Learning Activity (MECLA), Remote

Qualifications:

• Minimum eight (8) years of program management and M&E experience.
• Experience supporting strategic planning and development of Country Development Cooperation Strategies (CDCS) for USAID
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven PMP development skill.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with USAID policies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English language is required.
