Join us this year for Homecoming weekend! Celebrate the traditions and history of Fairview High School all weekend long, with events starting on Friday, September 29.
Friday, September 29:
Athletic Hall of Fame Rededication Ceremony - 5:00 PM:
Join the Fairview High School Alumni Hall of Fame committee, FHS alumni, and special guests as we rededicate the Fairview High School Athletic Hall of Fame. This summer, the athletic hall of fame changed locations within the school and received some necessary upgrades and refurbishment. We invite any Fairview High School alumni to join us for this rededication ceremony inside the school’s athletic hallway. We will also be recognizing the 1985 volleyball team, recognized with the Legacy Award in the Athletic Hall of Fame, for their state championship season.
After the rededication ceremony, FHS alumni in attendance are invited to tour the new high school/middle school campus with a Hall of Fame committee member. Alumni are also invited to enjoy light refreshments in the Warrior Room following the tour. Any alumni in attendance will also receive two complimentary tickets to the Homecoming football game later that evening and to the girls volleyball game the next day (see more information below.)
Pre-registration for alumni is strongly encouraged. Check-in for alumni begins at 4:30 PM.
Homecoming Parade - 5:30 PM:
Show your support and pride for Fairview High School by joining us for the annual Homecoming parade. Families, friends, and neighbors are invited to line the streets of Fairview Park near the high school to cheer on our students and their homecoming floats. It’s a classic fall tradition that our students look forward to each year.
The 2023 Homecoming Parade begins in the Fairview High School parking lot. The parade kicks-off at 5:30 PM.
- South on W. 213th St.
- East on Hillsdale to North Park
- South on North Park to W. 220
- North on W. 220 to Hillsdale
- East on Hillsdale to W. 213th St.
- North on W. 213th St. back to FHS parking lot.
Homecoming Football Game - 7:00 PM:
In this Great Lakes Conference matchup, the Fairview High School Warriors take on the Bay Rockets at James B. Daley Stadium. Kickoff is at 7:00 PM. Cheer on the football team and enjoy the sights and sounds of Friday Night Lights with the Fairview High School Marching Band and Drill Team! FHS alumni will also be recognized at the end of the first quarter.

Saturday, September 30:
Volleyball Game - 10:00 AM
Fairview High School alumni and community members are invited to cheer on the Warriors and honor the 1985 FHS volleyball team, which earned a spot in school history as state champions. Join members of the ‘85 team as they are recognized during this matchup against the Berea-Midpark Titans.
