NJBIZ Names Withum Team Members on Leaders in Finance Honorees List

Withum is proud to share that NJBIZ has recognized Pat Walsh, Managing Partner and CEO, and Jim Bourke, Partner and Managing Director of Advisory Services, as part of its 2025 Leaders in Finance honorees list. Their inclusion on this prestigious list highlights their dedication and expertise to financial leadership.

Pat was recognized for his commitment to leading an inclusive and diverse workplace that supports Withum’s rich culture. Prior to becoming Managing Partner and CEO, he has led numerous firm-wide strategic initiatives focused on best practices, client experience, and technology.

Pat is passionate about giving back to the community and is particularly dedicated to assisting at-risk communities and underserved youth. Additionally, he collaborated with his alma mater, Seton Hall University, to establish the CPA Pathway Apprenticeship, which aims to make the CPA profession more accessible to students focusing on an advisory profession.

Jim is a highly sought-after global speaker on all issues related to technology, the profession and business advisory, in addition to his duties to clients. He is a well-respected leader in the accounting field and was one of the first CPAs to earn the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) designation, which demonstrates proficiency in information technology concepts. In his role as Global Advisory Technology Leader for HLB International, Jim is responsible for helping and guiding HLB member firms worldwide in the areas of technology and expansion of advisor services.

The NJBIZ Leaders in Finance list recognizes 40 of New Jersey’s financial executives who contribute significantly to the success of their companies and the communities they serve. Honorees are selected based on their professional achievements, industry involvement and contributions to their communities. The 2025 Leaders in Finance will be celebrated on April 29, 2025, and are featured on the NJBIZ website.
