VILLARTA DE SAN JUAN, SPAIN — Symaga has made several investments toward a more sustainable 4.0 production system, including increasing the overall capacity of its solar plant.

Symaga said it is committed to the preservation of its natural environment. Toward that end, it increased capacity of its solar facility from 200kW to 800kW this year. About 70% of all its manufacturing operations are being driven by its generated green energy resources.

The medium-term goal is to shift its entire production to green supplies.

Symaga’s most recent investment in its manufacturing site has strengthened the production process of the silo roof sectors, resulting in a 30% increase in productivity within the cutting and bending section.

Symaga acquired two flattening-cutting and bending lines equipped with stiffening rollers to improve the flattening and structural quality of the roof sectors. To absorb the increase in cutting operations, the company added a new robot cell for bending and packing roof sectors.

This is part of Symaga’s annual investment plan, which underlines its commitment to maintaining production and operational excellence while promoting environmental and occupational safety standards.

“These plans seek to improve our production capacity, a cornerstone of Symaga’s success, ensuring state of the art production supported by a team of 150 professionals capable of handling projects from layout to after-sales,” Symaga said.
