Below are the skills and requirements for the role. Let’s make sure this is a fit!

  • Five+ years of proven sales excellence.
  • Desire and ability to work 8-9 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to sell.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a 1099 environment.
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of three weeks each year to company headquarters in Nashville, TN.
  • Designated, uninterrupted workspace.
  • Willingness to share for feedback and improvement any parts of the sales cycle.
  • Ability to learn and implement all necessary skills in using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce).
  • Sets goals and acts to conquer them.
  • Believes in having fun!
  • Is always learning and growing.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong one-on-one communication skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Must understand new technology and how to use it in your business, including but not limited to social media, business tools, and mobile apps, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, LinkedIn, and Outlook.
