LB&I Virtual Open House/Hiring Event (Nationwide)

The Large Business and International (LB&I) Division is hosting a virtual open house to feature a variety of positions they are hiring for nationwide. During this event, you'll hear from LB&I Executives, Hiring Managers and Employees who will be discussing the following positions: Business Appraisers, Competent Authority Analysts, Data Scientists, Economists, Engineers, Tax Law Specialists and mid-to-senior level Revenue Agents (GS-13 and GS-14).  We'll discuss each positions' educational and specialized experience requirements needed to qualify, how to write an effective federal resume to highlight your experience to make you more competitive. Following our presentation, there will be time to ask questions and all attendees will be given instructions on how to submit a resume and required documents for consideration for these positions. Don't miss this unique opportunity!  Economists and Tax Law Specialists

LB&I is hosting a virtual hiring/information session to discuss their unique senior level Economist and Tax Law Specialist positions within their Transfer Pricing Practice (TPP) division. TPP employees will discuss the job duties and education/specialized experience requirements needed to qualify. We'll discuss how to write an effective federal resume and following the presentation, all attendees will be given an email address to submit their resume for consideration. Virtual Information Sessions - Position Specific (Nationwide)

Office of Chief Counsel - Attorneys

Are you an attorney who has ever wondered about working for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel? Are you interested in tax or cutting-edge issues? Do you like Litigation or Transactional Law? Interested in a career with the federal government? IRS' Office of Chief Counsel might be the place for you! Join us for a panel discussion with attorneys from our various divisions. This panel discussion will feature attorneys from our Employee Benefits, Exempt Organizations, and Employment Taxes (EEE), Income Tax & Accounting (ITA), and International (INTL) Divisions. Panelists will discuss what working in their division entails and answer your questions. Positions are open to candidates of various experience levels with some announcements seeking attorneys with as little as one year of legal experience after passing the bar.
