Indonesia, Southeast Asia’s largest economy and an emerging global powerhouse, is projected to grow by 5.2% in 2024. With ambitious development plans, the country is actively seeking increased foreign investment, presenting a prime opportunity for Australian businesses.

Australian investments in Indonesia grew by 4% in 2023, reaching US$545.2 million. This bilateral partnership is further strengthened by the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA), which enhances market access and prospects for Australian companies looking to enter or expand in the Indonesian market.
