Rhubarb Pie
The thing about abundance is that it begets even more abundance: Brimming garden rhubarb begets custardy rhubarb Danishes and black currant rhubarb hand pies, 15 million pounds of rescued Loaves and Fishes food begets seven million free meals, dedicated pop-up hustling begets a whole summer residency’s worth of mapo tofu poutine and General Tso’s chicken sandwiches. Plus, there’s fro-yo in the Sculpture Garden, which is a win for everyone. This is a smell-the-roses situation, so don’t miss the good news.
