Matching and Contribution
Teammates can change their contribution percentage at any time throughout the year. To help teammates save even more, participants are eligible for employer matching after 12 months of continuous service.

DaVita will match up to 6% of teammate contributions at a rate of 50 cents for every $1.00 contributed each pay period.

Parental Leave (Little Star)
Provides financial support for DaVita parents to help them spend more time with their new little ones. DaVita’s paid parental leave benefit provides 80% of base pay for six weeks.
Back-up Child and Elder Care
