Johnson Controls named to Forbes 2024 List of America’s Best Employers for Diversity

Johnson Controls, the global leader for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, has been named to the Forbes 2024 list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity.

The 2024 list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity was selected based on a survey by Forbes and Statista. The survey was completed by 170,000 people from across the U.S. working for companies that have a minimum of 1,000 employees. Participants were asked to anonymously rate their respective organizations based on several areas, including age, gender, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation. Researchers also assessed DEI practices—such as the presence of employee resource groups, the publication of employee demographic data, the percentage of women in leadership roles and supplier diversity.
