To ensure the best experience, we’re introducing a new process to badge everyone in the appropriate category. This helps the MAU team deliver personalized programming, maximize networking opportunities, and ensure our sponsors have optimal connections.

Before registering, we encourage you to carefully review the Do I Qualify guidelines and our new badge policy.

DO I QUALIFY?

Media and Press

Members of the press and media will receive complimentary passes up to the show and onsite. To qualify you must provide a link to a recent article or report with your byline from an editorial website within the past six months during your registration application. This category is not for apps who publish media products, but for editorial teams.

What does my pass include?

Access to all three days of MAU Vegas, May 20-22, 2025. This includes all programming, networking events, parties/happy hours, and provided meals each day.

Additional Access

  • Passes for MAU Clubhouse can be added during registration (Half day $199; Full day $299) for Tuesday, May 20
  • Executives can apply to attend the inaugural Executive Summit during registration
  • Founders, startups, and investors have access to the Founders House, supported by The App Association, and Investor Office Hours in the expo hall.

Please Note

  • Badges and wristbands are required for access to MAU-authorized events. These items can be retrieved at the MAU registration desk in the lobby.
  • An onsite badge reprint fee will apply, with the cost based on the onsite pricing of your registration package. Click here to see our new badge policy.
  • An onsite fee will apply for lost wristbands that need to be replaced equal to the cost of an onsite badge reprint fee.
  • Registered participants will have access to authorized sponsors in the MGM Grand SKYLOFTS.
  • Participants attempting to access unauthorized vendors using MGM Grand SKYLOFTS will not be permitted.
  • Solution providers who are not sponsors or exhibitors will have access to the official MAU Vegas mobile app on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025.

Real ID Reminder for Americans Traveling to MAU

Starting May 7, a Real ID-compliant driver’s license or identification card is required to travel on US domestic flights, unless you have another acceptable document such as a passport.
