GP Patient Survey

Llais Powys Region would like to know about your experiences accessing care through your GP Practice.

Llais is an independent, national body, set up by the Welsh Government to give the people of Wales much more say in the planning and delivery of their health and social care services. This can be any support you receive and you want to comment on the quality of those services, or it could be services you feel you need that you have been unable to access.

All responses are anonymous, and the results will be used as evidence to encourage improvement of these services.
