An example: you are 1.65 m tall and 30 years old. Your calculation: [(165-100)+ (30/10)] x 0.9 x 1.1, = 67.32 kilograms is your ideal weight. 

Creff formula for people with a petite build 

If you are rather petite and slim built, this is the calculation for you: 

[(height in cm - 100) + (age/ 10)] x 0.9 x 0.9 

For example: you are 1.65 m tall and 30 years old. Your formula: [(165-100)+ (30/10)] x 0.9 x 0.9 = 55.08 kilograms is your ideal weight.
