Searching by artist yields comprehensive results; with artist bios, top tracks, albums, ‘appears on...’, and related artists all contained in a neat, scroll-down list.
STREAM AWAY
All of your favourite high-resolution streaming services – TIDAL, Qobuz, and Deezer – and internet radio services airable, CalmRadio, and TuneIn are fully integrated inside the app. All Linn streamers are also compatible with Spotify Connect. TIDAL Radio and personalised ‘My Mixes’ pull through to Linn app too .

The revamped global search function allows browsing by artist, album, genre station, or track; and pulls through gorgeous artwork and artist photography in a much-improved and better integrated experience.
DARK MODE
For a more cosy experience, when the lights are down low, dark mode is available via app settings.
NOW PLAYING
An enhanced Now Playing view displays beautiful, large-format album artwork, and includes all transport and volume controls on a single, uncluttered screen.
YOUR PLAYLISTS – ANYWHERE
Your playlists are stored in the Cloud, linked to your Linn account, meaning you always have access to your favourites – from anywhere and at any time – and can cue them up on any Linn streamer on your local network.
UPDATE AND CONFIGURE
Regular, free, over-the-air software upgrades bring performance and feature enhancements to your Linn streamer. It’s easy to ensure your system is always up-to-date with the latest version directly within the app. The ability to manage and rename sources and rooms is embedded in the app settings screens too.

Linn select dsm and accurate amp
I have had the linn just over 2 weeks and I’m blown away with the quality of the product and the sound . I use to have a Naim system the linn is so much better
Unforgivably awful
The sonic capabilities of Linn audio equipment are superb. They should be because most Linn audio systems are more expensive than cars. Some cost more than people have in life savings. It's the UI/control software that lets the whole side down. What good is it having such a capable system if you can't control it? This app is an embarrassment. I have a Linn DS player in the kitchen and one in the living room. Let's imagine I'm listening in the Living Room. I leave it playing and I move to the kitchen. I want to play something in the kitchen so I select the Kitchen. The pins change to Kitchen Pins. When I tap on a pin, it changes in the Living Room. And vice versa. This is unacceptable. The whole app control team need to be turfed out on their ear. They've been releasing this sort of garbage for a decade and it gets worse every time. What a shambles. The only way to control your expensive Linn system is to use a control app made by a 3rd party. Anyone so long as it isn't Linn.
Another step in the wrong direction?
I’m surprised this app., has secured a rating of 4.6, although I note that it is based on just two reviews. My personal experience is poor and, frankly, I don’t consider it to be a true upgrade from Kazoo, even though it is designed to fulfil a broader function.
Since Linn phased out Konfig and combined their system management and streaming controls in this one app., I have had nothing but problems with my system and understand that many others have too.
With guidance from my dealer, I have just finished a thorough review of my wiring and, in particular inter-connects, following a system failure around the time of the last Konfig update. Everything proved to be working ok, but still no sound - the app., was locked. So, I deleted it and then downloaded it again. Hey presto, suddenly everything worked. Then later the same evening, the app., was no longer able to contact my NAS drive. I can stream via my Qobuz account, but not the NAS drive, whereas with Kazoo I can do both.
Linn are great hi fi engineers, but their software leaves more than a little to be desired!
