First Class of Merchants Insurance Group’s Leadership Development Program Graduates
The first graduates of Merchants’ Leadership Development Program with Merchants Insurance Group’s senior leadership
On April 15, 2025, 18 Merchants Insurance Group colleagues graduated from the company’s first-ever class of its Leadership Development Program.
The program was created to hone leadership skills of its participants, all identified as “high potential” colleagues by managers and senior leadership, and further develop these leaders for their own growth and the continued success and stability of the company. Merchants colleagues interested in the program are encouraged to speak with their manager to learn more.
The first class of the Leadership Development Program began in April 2023, and during the course of the two-year program, 34% of participating colleagues earned promotions.
