We are recruiting for multiple apprentice technicians, bodyshop, parts, and service advisors.

The Agnew Group represents brands including Porsche. BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Volkswagen Cars & Commercial Vehicles, MINI, plus our own leading sites that include Agnew Repair Centre & Preparation Centre.

Extensive training and career development is provided across roles from centrally created and managed training to manufacturer on and off-site training.  Your needs will always be reviewed with a clear career development plan in place to ensure you grow personally and professionally with us.

Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted in June for an online test, you’ll be given a 3 week period to complete the test from the comfort of your home. This test can take between 30-40 minutes. We will then take forward the successful candidates for an interview with our HR and Aftersales management team.

We run a great recognition programme with our parent company Sytner known as the Elite Technician programme, we have the opportunity to enter our best apprentices which runs on a yearly basis. The winners of the competition have received incredible experiences on trips to the USA with amazing activities.
