Oksana DeMaris, CCIM

Principal

As one of the founding members of Focus Commercial Real Estate, Oksana DeMaris serves as a Brokerage Associate and is known to anyone who works with her as a “spitfire” of a woman. Oksana wears many hats around the office and always strives to provide the most excellent service for her clients. Oksana works on both the brokerage and acquisition teams with a focus on agency leasing, tenant representation, and identifying investment opportunities for the firm and its clients. In this capacity, Oksana’s day-to-day activities include researching and analyzing market trends in the Northwest Arkansas area and executing lease transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants.

A native of the Northwest Arkansas area, Oksana graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in real estate. She began her career with Colliers International during her Junior year in college as an intern before transitioning to a full-time brokerage associate. Oksana continued to push into the commercial real estate industry and make a name for herself by working with names such as Scotts and Kiss Nails. Her strong reputation precedes her, and we are proud to have her a part of the Focus Commercial Real Estate team, now!

Oksana is an active member of the Northwest Arkansas Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)Chapter and currently serves as the Board Secretary. In 2022, Oksana completed her coursework and officially received her CCIM Designation. According to her colleagues, Oksana is strong-willed and a go-getter in the world of commercial real estate and is known for her “southern charm with a Ukrainian twist!
