Mississippi Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT)

Welcome to the Mississippi EBT Website!

Mississippi EBT Cardholders may access their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefit balance, transaction history and other related EBT documents through this website.

The Mississippi Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Card is provided to SNAP recipients as a way to redeem their benefits. If you are determined eligible for SNAP, benefits will be deposited into your EBT account on the 4th through the 21st of each eligible calendar month based on the last two (2) digits of your case number.The SNAP benefits in your EBT account are ONLY for your household.

Once the SNAP benefits have been deposited into your EBT account and you have selected your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN), you may begin redeeming your SNAP benefits.Please remember your 4-digit PIN; Do NOT write your 4-digit PIN on your card or on anything you carry with you in your purse or wallet in case it is ever lost or stolen. Keep your Mississippi EBT Card in a safe place, such as your purse or wallet, as you will use the same card each time you shop for groceries.

Before you begin shopping for groceries, make sure you know your current SNAP benefit balance and 4-digit PIN. There are three (3) ways to get your current SNAP benefit balance:

  • Locate the SNAP benefit balance listed on your last grocery store receipt;
  • Use this website - you will be required to set-up a User ID and select a Password before accessing the website; or
  • Call the Mississippi EBT Cardholder Service Center at 1-866-512-5087, 1-877-906-0085 (TTY).

If your Mississippi EBT Card is ever lost or stolen, please call the Mississippi EBT Cardholder Service Center at 1-866-512-5087, 1-877-906-0085(TTY) immediately to cancel your card and prevent any possible loss of your SNAP benefits.

The Mississippi EBT Card is the safe and easy way to receive and redeem your SNAP benefits: It's safe - your SNAP benefits cannot be redeemed without a 4-digit PIN; it's easy - you can use your SNAP benefits at any authorized retailer displaying the Quest logo or that accepts the Mississippi EBT Card.
