RSVP Today for the 2024 Generations Collide Breakfast Workshop

After many discussions with top employers in the City of Pasadena, they expressed that the main struggle they face is finding quality applicants to help their businesses thrive. Furthermore, high on their list of priorities was finding ways to cultivate culture and get people from all walks of life and generations to work in harmony to achieve maximum potential.

The Pasadena Loves Local Program (PLL), a partnership between the Pasadena Economic Development Corporation (PEDC), Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and the City of Pasadena, took this information and asked the questions:

What happens when Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, Millennials, and Generation Zers work in the same space?

The answer: Too often, it's miscommunication, and why is that?

To help answer the subsequent question, PLL created the Generations Collide Breakfast Workshop 2023. This workshop is an opportunity to shed light on generational differences and provide a platform for all workforce generations to come together and have a conversation about harnessing generational power and translating it into workplace success.

Due to the information given and value received, the Generations Collide Breakfast Workshop has now become a much-anticipated annual event.

Highlights from Generations Collide 2023

“Every generation is needed in the workplace,” said Olivia Rivers of Bridge Over Troubled Waters as she moderated the first annual Generations Collide 2023.

Generational Misconceptions:
