Innovative Platforms and Products

icon-antibody-screening

The iQue® Advanced Flow Cytometry Platform can rapidly perform multiplexed characterization from the same sample, in the same well, in just one instrument, with its one software platform. Allowing for the simultaneous collection of both the phenotypes and functional analysis of secreted cytokines, thus driving progress in antibody discovery, T-cell engineering and immuno-oncology.

icon-octet-family

The Octet® platform is a comprehensive solution for screening and characterizing molecular interactions such as protein-protein or protein-drug, enabling an enviable assortment of applications throughout biologics development from early selection to validation to manufacturing.

icon-cell-calculator

The CellCelector platform is a fully automated cell imaging and picking system developed for the screening, selection and isolation of single cells, clusters, organoids and spheroids, as well as single cell clones and adherent colonies.

icon-incucyte

Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis Systems are designed to efficiently capture cellular changes where they happen - in the incubator. Capture high-resolution fluorescence and bright field images and record data in real time over hours, days or weeks. From proliferation assays to immune killing of tumor spheroids, this flexible system enables users to observe and quantify complex biological changes in real time.

Automated Selection and Picking of Single Cells, Colonies and Organoids: Advancing Research and Bioprocessing

Picking and isolation of single cells and organoids is a time-consuming, labor-intensive and often challenging task with traditional approaches often relying on manual identification and selection processes or the use of multiple instruments.

Automation of cell, cluster, colony, spheroid and organoid selection removes the need for manual processes, reducing user error, time expenditure and consumables use whilst improving selection efficiency and post-selection cell viability. The CellCelector Flex achieves this by combining automated image analysis and gentle cell isolation in one platform and workflow, accelerating the speed and efficiency of cell selection.

The system uses phase contrast, brightfield or fluorescence images to identify cellular structures based on a range of user definable parameters of interest, such as size and fluorescence intensity. The coordinates of these structures are then provided to the instrument’s robotic picking arm which moves precisely to, and gently aspirates the object of interest from the source plate before transfer to a target vessel, which can be a variety of tissue culture vessels or even PCR tubes. Before and after picking images verify the efficiency of cell isolation, confirming that the structure of interest has been selected.

A range of cellular structures can be isolated with the use of interchangeable picking modules which use high-precision glass capillaries, autoclavable stainless-steel tips or disposable plastic tips. This allows the CellCelector Flex to be used in a range of research areas including cancer and stem cell research, cell line development, single cell cloning, drug discovery, single cell omics and more.

This presentation will discuss the automated workflow of the CellCelector Flex, showing different applications and highlighting the versatility of the different picking modules.

Ingenix Suite – An open digital fleet - and data management platform for your lab

When it comes to lab weighing measurements, balance – and pipette calibrations, the overall process efficiency, data integrity and 21 CFR part 11 compliance are paramount. Ingenix Suite eliminates manual data management steps, automates tasks to be performed regularly across all your labs and enables you to find the historical user and/or instrument level audit relevant events in a matter of seconds. The modular and open system works with 3rd party instruments as well, and can be used with or without an ELN/LIMS on site.

Join us for a Live Presentation on Tuesday, September 28, 2023, 13:20 to 13:50 CEST, from Eszter Paldy, Manager Product Management Premium Weighing, Sartorius

Achieve outstanding weighing performance under real laboratory conditions with the new Cubis® II Ultra-High Resolution Balances from Sartorius

Weighing very small samples with a high-resolution instrument can be challenging. The effects deriving from the laboratory environment can negatively impact the speed and the accuracy of the measurements. Learn more about how the new Cubis® II Ultra-High-Resolution Balances from Sartorius deliver faster weighing workflows and improved specifications under actual laboratory conditions, why cleaning of these devices is intuitive and compliant and how you can ensure your investment long term.
