So I love Women's History Month. I love International Women's Day. I've been to so many great events over the years on that day and gotten so much great advice. I love. Umm, you know, being able to just, well, take a moment and acknowledge how, I mean, all the amazing contributions women have made, I think. You know there is some. Some merit right to people. Looking up to people who look like them or kind of wanting to see someone who's done this before who's who's like them. So I think it's great to acknowledge all the incredible things women have have done and are doing. I think it's important to acknowledge the challenges women face. That are. Again, addition to above and beyond the things other business owners face, the amount of of conversations I have with other women about. Parenting and motherhood and fertility and you know, all those other challenges that again, like men don't really have to deal with in the same way. You know how we juggle work life balance and how that all works out. Like that's really, I think important to take the time to talk about these women, women's issues and like things that women face. And I think it's, I think it's just great, you know, to have the, the camaraderie, the conversation, they said, the, the rewards, the, the acknowledgement, like all that's really important. The celebration. That was the word I was looking for.
