Additionally, Dryfhout and Allen-Hall were the Masters' Challenge winners of the 2024 International Tree Climbing Championship (ITCC) in Savannah, Georgia, US.
For many professional climbers, the 2025 TCC season is still in the early stages.
Although she was victorious, Dryfhout said she still has a lot of training to complete for the 2025 ITCC.
"I think I have a lot more work to do, but I'll be going to some competitions for some practice," Dryfhout said. "I'll have to start ramping up the training till [the 2025 ITCC], but I'm excited to go to New Zealand."
Dryfhout said she prepared for the 2025 APTCC by practicing by simulating a competitive environment.
“I was lucky enough that a guy from New Zealand set up an open Masters’ series that we’ve been competing in every few weeks and each getting an opportunity to do a masters’ climb and doing some cool big work,” she said.
