Gov. Burns 50th Anniversary Commemoration

On the 50th anniversary of the passing of Governor John A. Burns, JABSOM and the John A. Burns Commemorative Committee honored the legacy of the former governor. Held at JABSOM on May 24, 2025, family, friends, and legislators remembered the namesake of our medical school. JABSOM students provided a tour of the campus showing how Gov. Burns' vision continues to be carried out today.
