What you'll be doing
-As a Housing Support Worker based in Lancaster, you will be responsible for supporting people to improve their independence and promoting positive change in their lives by encouraging and empowering a better quality of life, health and well-being. -You will provide support to people in recovery from substance misuse covering ten outcome areas that have been found to be essential in supporting people to maintain a life free from drugs and alcohol. -This will include advice and guidance around housing, life skills, finances, physical and mental health.-Your hours of work will be worked on a rota totalling 37.5 hours per week.-This post is offered on a permanent basis.
