Description
In this course, we will introduce SNMP, Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is a widely used protocol for managing devices on IP networks. It includes key components like agents, managers, and MIB (Management Information Base), which organizes data with OIDs (Object Identifiers). SNMP Traps are alerts sent by agents to notify managers of important events. MIB Browsers and Trap Receivers are tools used to explore and monitor network devices. SNMP helps monitor network performance, find problems, and make sure devices are working well.
