Stan’s Donuts & Coffee in Chicago is teaming up with award-winning bakery Vanille Patisserie to offer a one-of-a-kind collaboration combining the brands’ most notable products: the LeStan and the macaron, but with a berry twist.

Stan’s Donut locations will be introducing the Strawberry Macaron LeStan, the chain’s traditional LeStan croissant donut filled with strawberries and cream, tossed in sugar, with a vanilla drizzle, and topped with a Vanille Patisserie strawberries and cream macaron.

This limited-time donut will be available while supplies last at participating Stan’s locations and all of Vanille Patisserie’s locations on Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May 12, Mother’s Day. They will cost $5.95 per donut and will include a pink box to make the donut a perfect gift for mothers.

Since master baker Rich Labriola of Labriola Baking Company opened the first Stan’s Donuts & Coffee in Chicago in 2014, the result of a friendship and partnership with Stan Berman, founder of the iconic Los Angeles shop that bared his name, Stan’s has grown to 30 shops in the Chicago area. Vanille Patisserie has two locations in Chicago’s Lincoln Park and West Loop neighborhoods.
