"Parents need to make sure we get to school on time so we don't miss out on our learning and education.   Teachers need to understand what's happening and know how to help us.  We need to be safe and warm getting to school."

"What we are telling you about getting to school has to be heard so you know what we need to be safe."

We will tell you about some of the difficult things that might happen to us and what might help us. The adults we have worked with have listened to us and understood what we think it means for us. Its all to do with how we feel and how we are getting on with our learning so we can be and do our best.

We are from Armed Forces families and we go to Raigmore Primary School in Inverness

It's important that we all understand the Armed Forces Covenant and how it can help and support us so we can do and be our best.

Some of the things we talk about can distract us from learning and happen all at the same time. Some things can happen just some of the time.

"Some people might have needs with their learning and people need to understand that we are all different in different ways. Everyone has the Right to support no matter what."

UNCRC Article 29 Right to an education that develops my personality, talents and ability

"We should be taught the same things in a way we can understand and process, so that we can be included."

UNCRC Article 2 We have these Rights no matter what our differences are

"Being able to tell your teacher that we need to stay off because my parent is going away for a long time on a deployment or for a short period and we want to spend time together before they go - for them to understand this, and that it is the real reason we are off.  We need to play with our parent when they come home and that isn't always when its the school holidays."

"We have a Right to learn new stuff and not to have any gaps.  We shouldn't miss out on any learning."

"Helping me to do my best at learning and education and if I need to catch up.  I have a Right to go to school to learn."
