This role will be on-site IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL: • Lead a team of developers through the product lifecycle: architecture, design, validation, documentation, quality and deployment • Grow and coach the team members • Hands-on development of features • Support product and customer support teams with engineering capabilities to determine root cause, corrective action and see it through to production • Work in collaboration with other teams, HW, developers and quality assurance team • Work with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH: • B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a well-recognized University • 8-10 years of experience in SW/FW development with C, C++, C# • 2-3 years of software management experience • Experience with networking protocols like: I2C, SPI, USB, UART, Ethernet, etc • Working in Agile/Scrum methodologies – scrum master an advantage • Proficient understanding of code versioning, automated builds & CI/CD processes. • A proven ability to design and execute end-to-end solutions, as a part of a complex technological system • Ability to work in a dynamic and ongoing changing environment • Proficiency working under Linux and Windows OS • Test methodologies, frameworks (Unit-Tests, Integration tests)

The Role As a Senior Software Engineer for the applications team, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. You will collaborate closely with our System and Hardware Teams, working on software architecture and the BSP package. Your responsibilities will include designing communication applications for PCIe, LAN, and USB products on both Windows and Linux operation systems. Basic Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: • A degree in Computer Science or a related field (BSc./MSc.), with a preference for Computer Science. • Strong theoretical knowledge of Linux & Windows Operating Systems. • Experience with hardware interfaces and the ability to comprehend chip datasheets. • Linux File system knowledge and command over the Linux command line interface (CLI). • Exceptional with high level programming skills in C++. • A proven track record with Microsoft Visual Studio. • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, and SVN.
