My fiancé purchased my unique engagement ring at this Robbins Brothers with the help of Miss Coco Cacao.
When I went in for my first ring cleaning she told me the story of how she worked with my fiancé on creating my one-of-a-kind ring, I couldn't help but tear up. Coco's exceptional customer service and friendly personality makes my ring cleaning visits a lot of fun, you will definitely want to work with her on all your special jewelry needs.
Coco has also helped me on potential engagement bands and with getting my Christmas Wishlist started, she's the hidden gem at this RB location!

I worked with Stacy Ortega and she was so patient with me to help me find the perfect ring! She let me look around, try things on, she was extremely helpful and had a patient, happy attitude the whole time. She didn't rush me or get annoyed. I absolutely love my wedding band.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of rings , great prices and fast sizing services.

I came in tonight to look for some options for my ring and the possibility of upgrading. The gentleman that helped us was super condescending and rude. He had to go twice to ask his female co worker for suggestions (maybe he was training) I told him what I'm looking for and he was so confused every time saying " look around" ... when I asked for suggestions to try on he looked confused on my question. It almost felt like I was bothering him or I should have been properly educated around stones before walking in since my questions seemed to bother him. Definitely not customer friendly if you are looking for options or guidance

Then after reading the review of the terrible job on the slanted ring I'm so thankful my friend said to go somewhere else.

I've been to several Robbins Brothers stores and this has to be my favorite one. First off, the staff are professional and courteous. Specifically, Stacy Ortega. She goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied and all their questions are answered. Not only is she knowledgeable and extremely helpful, but also goes out of her way to obtain all the answers and solutions. She is also a great sales person who assisted my wife and I in the purchase of our wedding bands. She took her time and was honest with her opinions. She was not just trying to make a sale, but was focused on our happiness. She makes us feel part of the Robbins Brother's family. She is definitely someone other staff members can emulate.

The company operations are out dated and need to improve.

Came in today to have a ring repaired with a warranty we purchased. Unfortunately they do not store any records of inspections and if you lose your paperwork with proof of inspection within a year they will not cover it.

The manager Jennifer was unwilling to accept any proof of inspection unless it was written in the customer's inspection record.

They need to catch up to the digital age. I have a feeling they never will because it's an easy way to void a warranty and make more money from their customers.

If you are in the market for jewelry make sure you do your research. I will no longer purchase from this company.

I have bought Robbins Brothers Jewelry thru the years and go in at least a once a year to have them checked for my warranty. Recently I came in with my husband, who hates stores. Brian/Bryan not only had my jewelry checked but also had them cleaned. He gave my husband coffee and made him feel welcome, going above and beyond. He is a wonderful salesman. Woodland Hills. I came in for the annual service on our annual service on our rings. I am always impressed with the service, ambiance and cleanliness. Today did not disappoint. Audri took excellent care and when she returned with my rings she asked if I'd like my earrings cleaned. I was going to update my review anyway but that gesture blessed me so. From California to Arizona, Robbins Brothers says EXCELLENCE, CARE & CLASS!!! I'm am impressed and so glad we chose you 12 years ago.

Ida was amazing and extremely helpful. I love working with Ida she is the best person at the location and generally cares about her customers. Unfortunately they do have one lady there that completely judges you based on your looks and I can't recall her name. When we were purchasing our rings the Ida asked One of her co-workers (judgy lady) for opinions with sizing and I feel like her opinion made a dent in our decision. We should have gone with our guts. But overall I will only work with Ida since she is genuinely a caring person. So if you're in the market, go see her. I would give her five stars. The reason I get four stars is I don't like being judged and I don't think a lot of people do. Management should have a conversation with their employees that they should not judge people your body language says a lot.
