Leverage psychological safety for performance and retention.

Faced with the reality of increasing depression, stress, anxiety and fatigue in the workplace, leaders are under renewed pressure to both minimise OHS risk and compensation, and maximise profit and engagement.

Creating a psychologically safe, fit and thriving culture requires a strategic agenda of its own and runs the risk of being lost in well meant but sometimes ad-hoc wellbeing initiatives and incentives.

International author, leadership and psychological safety consultant Pete Jensen will share how to leverage the ‘sweet spot’ that lies at the intersection of safety compliance and best practise social support. Pete will also share case studies of organisations that have successfully implemented a psychological safety strategy, recording a 66 per cent reduction in anger, tiredness and stress, and a 39 per cent increase in inspiration, energy and focus.
