NORRISTOWN – One of the suspects in a shooting that occurred Wednesday at the Curren Terrace Apartments in the 1000 block of New Hope Street has been arrested.
Norristown police said Herman Cave, of Oley, Berks County, was apprehended Monday at his girlfriend’s apartment in Berks County without incident. He was arrested by Berks County sheriffs with assistance from Pennsylvania State Police, according to Trooper David Beohn from Troop L.
He has been charged with attempted murder, and related offences stemming from an attempted armed robbery July 16. The victim was shot and lost his right eye in the incident.
Another unidentified suspect remains at large.
