Mural unveiled: Vibrant ideas — and paint — help St. Lawrence community heal

Paradoxical as it sounds, sometimes a wall can help break down barriers.

That’s what the St. Lawrence neighbourhood discovered a year after a cherished basketball court in David Crombie Park was destroyed during a police chase; a cruiser drove onto the playing surface, shredding the plastic tiles that covered the cement.
