Let's face it, life is stressful, that is a fact! And while a certain level of stress is actually healthy for us, too much leads to all kinds of physical, mental and emotional distress.

Here are five, simple, easy and proven ways to reduce stress to help you live a happier, healthier life. I am quite sure you have probably heard of most if not all of them, however, sometimes it is good to be reminded of them!

#4 Relax Your Body - Chamomile tea, hot baths, gentle massage, strolls through nature, sex; all release happy hormones.

# 5 Exercise - Why does it seem everyone recommends this for stress, because it works! Even a five minute walk can do wonders.
