Interested in learning more the International Baccalaureate Programmes? Please join IB America's University Relations Manager, Marie Vivas, in an IB Orientation Seminar geared specifically to address the needs of University Admissions Representatives. Marie will walk participants through the IB Programmes--PYP, MYP, DP, CC--and provide information regarding IB scores, college persistence, and IB students from Illinois, the Americas, and the world.
In addition, there will be a panel of local University Admissions Representatives who have spear-headed innovative ways to recruit and support IB students in Illinois: Veronica Hauad, Associate Director of Admissions from the University of Chicago; Mark Valencia, Admissions Specialist from Wilbur Wright College, Charles Tocci, Clinical Assistant Professor & Senn Faculty Coordinator from Loyola University Chicago, and Quinton Clay, Assistant Director and Coordinator of the Chicago Satellite Office from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
