Dave Rigby is the Master Distiller of Manchester Three Rivers Gin and the Managing Director of its holding company Central Line Holdings Limited. Dave opened the independent café bar Cuckoo in 2012. Having been inspired by the burgeoning craft spirits scene developing at the time, he began work on what would eventually become multi award winning Manchester Three Rivers Gin, The City of Manchester Distillery and the ‘Gin Experience’, which recently ranked number 1 on Trip Advisor’s ‘Things to do in Manchester’.
