Notes to Prospective Suppliers

  1. Bid instruction packets for the projects listed below may be downloaded in PDF format and viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on the project you would like to apply for. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat you may download it free.
  2. After clicking on the project of choice you will be directed to a "Prospective Supplier Information Form." This information is required and must be completed prior to downloading the respective bid packet. This allows us to send out addenda if necessary.
  3. Once all information is filled out appropriately, you will be redirected to the appropriate download location.
  4. A separate "Prospective Supplier Information Form" must be completed for each bid packet you wish to download.
  5. Review all bid advertisements here.
