Provisions Chophaus & Drinkery Debuts Today in LoDo

Provisions Chophaus & Drinkery will celebrate its grand opening at 6:30 p.m. tonight in the former T|ACO space in LoDo, with food and drink specials, giveaways, and live music. Founded by Donne Briggs and chef Adam Sutter, an Irvine, California native, the new eatery centers on meat dishes—particularly pork—in a rustic setting.

Look for a menu that features pulled pork on brioche, a bruleed bison cheeseburger, and pork cheeks, as well as smaller dishes like sweet potato tots or roasted cauliflower salad. Provisions Chophaus & Drinkery is located at 1550 Blake Street and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
